Bay College seeks to educate children, of any denomination, without regard to race, religion or nationality. We seek to provide a liberal and progressive education and to teach our pupils to think for themselves, thus enabling them to make their own decisions and accept responsibility for their own action. We seek to free our pupils from all forms of prejudice so that they are able to honour all peoples and their cultures. We aim to establish positive relationships between pupils and staff and thereby create an atmosphere of mutual respect. We stress the need for self-discipline rather than rigid regimentation.
